Group Grief Counseling

The level we grieve shows the depth of the loss. At times, we get stuck in part of the grief cycle,
or we may feel completely alone and believe that no one understands. We start to feel that our
grief may be a burden on others and/or friends/family members don't want to hear about our
loss anymore. In this group we will come together to process the stages of grief utilizing
mindfulness and other techniques that allows healing to begin. You are not alone.

Domestic Abuse Group

This is an open group for those who have or who are experiencing abuse. Abuse has no boundaries on gender or age. This is an open group those who need a safe place to heal. This group will be a safe place to discuss and share your pain. We will talk about the different types of abuse, healing from abuse, safe places to go for assistance, and much more. Know that everyone in the group has experienced some level of abuse. They may be at different levels/ places and type.

Life with My Diagnosis
This group will help you develop healthy boundaries and a strong sense of self-worth. We will explore the dynamics of your relationships with family, friends, and significant others. We will also provide you with opportunities to connect with others who share your diagnosis. Our goal is to help you achieve a higher level of functioning in all areas of your life. This group is for diagnosis of borderline personality and bi-polar disorders

Sexual Assault healing through the trauma

This group is for women who have experienced sexual assault. Those who are healing and working on healing from the sexual assault. IF you or someone you know has been a victim of sexual assault this group is for you.
